REV. MOTHER CARINA MARIS OKEKE, PHd Foundress / Principal Rev. Mother Carina Maris of Jesus, SJHP, Ph.D. is the is the principal of CuttingEdge Learning Academy. She is the foundress of the Congregation of Sisters and Sons of Jesus the High Priest, CuttingEdge Learning Academy, CuttingEdge Intercontinental Academy (in Nigeria), and Priestines Institute of Technology. She has a teaching degree from Nigeria as well as a B.A. in Psychology from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ, M.A. in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy, Catholic School Leadership, and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Managerment and Policy from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. Mother Carina is a life strategist, missionary, a poet, accomplished author and musician. She taught K-8 for 12 years in New Jersey and was a K-8 principal for 9 years and K-12 principal for 3 years before she focused more of her time on her religious order.

SR. REGINA I. MARAIZU Vice Principal / 4th and 5th Grade Teacher Sr. Regina is a member of the Sisters and Sons of Jesus the High Priest (SJHP) congregation. Sr. Regina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Management, and Policy, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey. She has her teaching degree from Nigeria and earned her Principal Certification in New Jersey. Sister has had the pleasure of working as a teacher and Director for Religious Education (DRE) in many different schools in Nigeria, New Jersey and Florida. Sister’s love for children has helped her over the years and has made her to become children’s a great advocate for children. Currently, Sister is an Elementary teacher and the vice principal o CuttingEdge Learning Academy.

SR. GABRIELA MELO-FERMIN Kindergarten and 1st Grade Teacher Sr. Gabriela is member of the Congregation of the Sisters and Sons of Jesus the High Priest (SJHP). She is the kindergarten and 1st grade teacher for CuttingEdge Learning Academy.

SR. SHOHREH DICKINSON Teacher Assistant Sr. Shohreh is a member of the Sisters and Sons of Jesus the High Priest (SJHP). Sr. Shohreh graduated with a Bachelors degree B.S. from Stetson University in Deland, FL with a major is Chemistry and a minor in Psychology. After graduating from college, she worked as a labroratory assistant at Shands Hospital in Gainsville, FL. She then attended the Universsity of South Carolina of Medicine in Colombia, SC and obtained a degree of Doctor of Medicine M.D.. She then entered her residency in Anatomc and Clinical Pathology at the University of South Florida affiliated hospitals in Tampa, FL. |

Mother Carina Maris of Jesus, (SJHP), PE Coach and Religion Teacher for 6th through 12th grades, and the the academy's Information Technology person. Mr. Gillen has attended Hillsborough Community College for Business Administration and has several years of experience working in administrative management and customer realtions. |

She comes to us with over 35 years’ experience in business marketing, business management for start-up corporations and real estate development and sales. She also works as an independent realtor and property remodeler. She is proficient in all areas of SEC filing rules and regulations and is a current Director and Officerr of American International Ventures, Inc , a public company.
